Service description
FamilyCall is a communication platform that helps families request and receive calls across borders. Features may include phone-menu call requests, notifications, and direct callback calling. The service is currently in early access and may change.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from family members whose phone numbers you add to your account.
- You must not use FamilyCall for harassment, fraud, spam, or illegal activity.
- You are responsible for charges from your phone carrier for calls you make or receive.
Early access & availability
FamilyCall is provided on an "as is" basis during beta and early launch. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, pricing, and supported countries may change without notice.
Communications consent
By adding family contacts and enabling notifications, you confirm that you have permission to store their contact details and to send alerts on your behalf when they interact with FamilyCall.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls, notification delays, or telecom provider outages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
