  • To operate the FamilyCall platform and provide call-request and calling features.
  • To send SMS, email, or voice notifications when family members request contact.
  • To improve our product and support early-access users.

Telecom and third parties

We use third-party providers for authentication (Supabase), email (Resend), and telecommunications services. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and communication records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
